It's very unlikely that she was a cousin of David Lloyd George otherwise we would have been aware of that fact as Alice Williams fits into our family tree. Alice was NOT born in Montgomeryshire but in Llanbedrog in the old county of Caernarfon (now part of Gwynedd) - on the Lleyn Peninsula.

I am just wondering why Thomas is not mentioned as a brother to Elizabeth in the history records. Elin and Richard are always only listed as siblings of Elizabeth. If you could explain this or provide sources, I'd appreciate it. It may help me. Thanks, Rob

This post was made at the beginning of my research. Thomas is clearly not a sibling of Elizabeth and Richard. Thomas may be a cousin. This is my direction presently.

I too have connections to David Lloyd George. My grandmother Rachel was born at the Vale of Cllewyds (spelling) Lithgow, New South Wales Australia. Mining town. She married Thomas Deegan. Her mother was Elizabeth Lloyd George married to Matthew Morgan. I presume she would have been born in the 1880's. Matthew emmigrated to South Australia.

I too have been somewhat looking for our connection with DLG.
Mary Ann Rees (b. 15 Jul 1865) m. Diton Eugene Hadlock is 1st cousin to him (according to her wedding announcement for her daughter Josephine). I have a lot of her family tree done in Wales, but I just don't see a connection.
My Rees/Evans line is all S. Wales. Her parents David H. Rees (b. 3 Jun 1819) m. Ann Evans (b.21 Aug 1826) were from the Closteg and Cilcarw clans. With both families in Carmarthenshire...Llangendeirne and Llanelly.
I have a letter where she tells some visiting friends that she "will try to show you a good time, even the Lloyd George side.".
Any idea where to start? I've tried to compare all her 1st cousins names that I have to a tree here on Ancestry but found nothing.
