My grandfather Isidor Fuzy de Fuzer (1880-1937) was very proud of his hungarian nobility. According to his story our family was given land first time by hungarian king Bela.
Our great great granfather Johannes Fuzy (1587-1652)received a document - Literae Armades - issued on 09.February 1652 from his majesty austro hungarian king Ferdinand III, through bishop Szelepcseny of Nyitra, as a proof of nobility.
The document was registered in a Registry "protocol" No3, page 187 - district Torna.
The original document is in possession of my relative.

It is important to mention that our family name is written with two dots on "u".
In early 1960's an hungarian friend in West Germany found
the early history of this family with insignias, in a book
"Old european families". I lost his letter with interesting drawings. This letter was for me the first indication that the story of my grandfather was very realistic.

I would be very grateful for any furher information.
