My great grandfather was Ferdinand Horvath (vagy Odor). He was born on 30 May 1853 in Farad, Hungary. He and his brothers Pal and Lajos were born illegitimately to a man with the surname of Odor whom I believe were a family of minor nobility at the time. When he married in 1877, the certificate states that he was in the 5th Hussar regiment No. 76. Has anyone any connection or would someone have a suggestion as to how I can find a listing of this 5th Hussar regiment?
