Izdenczy Family

I'm searching for information on the noble and aristocratic Izdenczy family. Just last week I found a marriage record for my ancestor to the daughter of Márton Izdenczy, the well-documented Captain who served under Imre Thököly and Ferencz Rákóczy II.

Does anyone have any data on this family? I've checked the Arcanum DVD sources already, but not much listed.

Nick

Yes, I have some information from books I have about Hungarian nobility. Their name is: Izdenczy de Monostor, and they got their title (of baron) from Ferdinand I, in 1566, because of their role in defending the frotress of Eger. The title de Monostor, they became in the XVIII. Century (given to Josef Izdenczy), who became in te same time: knight in the Order of St.Staphanus and 'Freiherr'.
