Hello
al-torjai Apor family lived in Transylvania. The family's grades were: count, baron and noble. The side of the counts is extinct. They issue from the Opur clan. The first time whene this name appeared in history, was in 1220, someone from the clan followed King II András to the Holy ground.
You can find familytrees, and their crest on this webpage: www.arcanum.hu/gesta
Choose 'űrlap - Nagy Iván', and write Apor to 'család'
Possibly you can find information on www.radixindex.com
I hope it helps.
