Hi Carol - thanks for your reply. This involves the descendants of Jesse Powell Cross (son of John Cross and Rachel Sampson Cross) and Esther Cagle Cross of Sullivan County, Tennessee. Our particular Cross line is through Jesse Powell's son John Isaac Cross and wife Sallie Emmert Cross, and their son Henry Howell Cross and wife Mary Jane Sherfey Cross.
