The descendants of Archibald Van Dyke, born August 1, 1830 in Northumberland County, PA and Esther Swigart, born May 30, 1831 in Northumberland County, PA would like to invite all family members, no matter how remote, to a family reunion. Archie and Esther had 15 children, so we know there are plenty of family members around! The reunion will be held on the weekend of July 29-31, 2005, in Beatrice, Gage County, NE. At this time, we have reserved a facility that will hold 300 folks in air-conditioned comfort, and plan to have a booklet of family history that can be taken home, a catered banquet with a program, activities for children and teens and provisions made for side trips to sites related to family history.
