The descendants of Daniel High son of George and Sarah High from Van Wert, Ohio are having a family reunion at Emerick Park in Hillman, Michigan on Saturday August 13, 2005. Any High who may be connected to High's in Van Wert Ohio are welcome to come and attend. Daniel and his son George moved to Hillman from Van Wert in the 1890's. George married Rumina Snyder in Van Wert and when they moved to Hillman they had 3 children all born in Ohio. Daniel had a daughter Sarah High who married John Margeson in Van Wert, Ohio and they where already settled in Hillman when George and Daniel arrived.

Any descendant of George and Sarah High who settled in Van Wert in the 1840's or any Descendant of the Van Wert Snyder's or Margeson's would be welcomed.
