I am assisting an amnesia victim who was located beaten and unconscious behind a Burger King in Richmond Hill, GA in 2004. "Mr. Benjaman Kyle" as he calls himself has no memory of his identity or his place of residence. His case is being handled by the FBI, his finger prints are in AFIS and his DNA is in CODIS as well as the mitochondrial DNA databases. So far this has generated not a single match. Mr. Kyle recently appeared on the Dr. Phil Show in the hopes that national coverage would provide some tips as to who he might be; he has specific memories of Indiana and Colorado but has no idea why he was in Georgia.
