Best place to donate yearbooks

What would be the best place to donate a few yearbooks so that others would receive research benefit from them. I have some from Woodward High School in Toledo from the 40's
(my Mom's) and some from DeVilbiss High School in the 70's (Mine). I was planning to scan the important parts that have family information and then would like to donate somewhere where they would be available to people.

Thanks.

I don't know if it is the BEST place, but it is A place:

C. G. Brisee Genealogy Library
401 North St
PO Box 273
Irwin, IA 51446

While we don't get the traffic of Allen County or SLC, we also don't sell off donation of materials for being "out of scope" or lack of shelf space.

They'll put them on line for free -- and it's free to view them.

Did you know you can donate them to Ancestry.com? I work in the acquisitions Dept with yearbooks. We'd love to get them!

My local library has tons of yearbooks from about a 30 mile radius donated to the local genealogical society, they are held now at the public library.
