Translation of Birth/Baptism Record (Slovak)

Surnames: Skrovan,Biress
On the left hand side of the page the birth of Joanes Skrovan is listed on the 18th day. After his name is an inscription that looks to me like "Nep." His parents are listed as Ignatius Skrovan, then there is a notation that looks like "chily" and maybe three undecipherable letters "xxx." On the next line is looks like it reads "Rege" Ferdinando (or Ferdinandus) + Anna Biress.

I am trying to find out what the meaning of the quoted abbreviations might be or their meaning. I've tried to use a translation program but I am not being successful. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
