Is there a proper definition for my cousin's cousin?

Are there a set of definitions for family connections through marriages, where there is no consanguity? For example, is there a specific term that describes the connection between me and my cousin's cousin? I know marriages do not define the term 'removed', so is there a similar term to 'removed' to explain these connections?

My reason for asking is that by pure coincidence, my two-year-old daughter is friends with another two-year-old who we recently discovered is connected and I'd like to know if there is a simple way to describe the connection other than "Her second cousin's third cousin" (Actually, that's not too complex.. but can we do better, and find a set of terms that can define more distant connections with the same ease as "first cousin once removed"?).

I've attached a picture that shows the various connections, including the one I am specifically interested to define.
