Surnames: Doyle
I have some photographs of family members that also contain people who are not related to me, and wondered if they might be useful to anyone else researching their family. Let me know if you recognise any of these people as your ancestor!

The first photo is of three National Army soldiers during the Irish Civil War (1922-23), taken in 1922. The soldier on the right is my great-grandmother's brother, Bill Doyle (from Rathmore, Kilscoran, Co. Wexford), but I do not know who the other two are. Bill was killed in 1923 in an ambush in Ferrycarrig, Co. Wexford.

The second photo is of my great-grandmother Annie Doyle (also from Rathmore, Kilscoran, Co. Wexford), she is on the right sitting down. We think it was taken on a trip to Dublin. She is dressed in black because she is mourning her brother, Bill, mentioned above, so it is after 1923. All we know about the other person is that she was a friend of Annie's, presumably from home.

I hope these are useful to someone.
