This doesn't sound like a problem, it sounds like a lot of help!
If everything you have is unsourced but accurate, you at least have all the information in advance. It's a lot easier finding source material when you know what you're looking for, and if she found it, and you still have the information, then it might be even easier for you to find it. In the meantime if it's not all accurate the good information will lead to sources that will keep you going down the right path.
You have to get all the information digital anyway, it's not like you were handed down a flash drive. It should be very easy verifying many of the facts. And really that's way better than not knowing anything. For example I didn't know my maternal grandfather's family, all I knew were the two surnames and the city. It was literally years after I started doing ancestry that I finally got a break and after I found their names a flood of new information was readily available.
