Derr; Briggs
Published a book which recounts the Constitutional Conventions of 1834 & 1835. Russell Briggs represented Washtenaw County in these Conventions. His copy was loaned to Prof. Derr for publishing. The original manuscripts were given to the state in trust of Flora Briggs; heirs of Russell Briggs.
