I am trying to find an obituary on Oscar Elder, unknown his birth or death year,his father died on 11 Feb 1966 and it states that he was deceased at time of his father's death.
He was born in PA to Elizabeth M. Girts Elder and Frank L.
Elder of Strattanville, PA.
His siblings were: Marie Elder Asel, Lloyd Elder, Mrs. George Montgomery.
If anyone can help me with some information or an obituary,
