Could someone please look up Ira MONROE in the 1890 and 1900 Smithfield, Roane County, West Virginia Censuses? Ira would be 5 or 6 years old in 1890 and 15 or 16 years old in 1900. He should be living in his father William Monroe's household and his mother should be Virginia MONROE. I'm am wanting a listing of all household members, relationships, etc. from each census.
