Would like to reach someone who may have ties with Mowbray's from New Brunswick, Canada. I have been able to locate my husbands GGrandfather JAMES E. MOWBRAY & CHARLOTTE PARKER. They were the parents of FOREST CASHES MOWBRAY B: 1880-10-06 in Red Rapids, Victoria County, NB.
But, I need to try to find info on this James E. Mowbray to go back any further; and if Forest had any siblings. I believe there to be relatives in Ontario of Forest "Foss" Caches MOWBRAY also. Forest married Alexandria Stewart Winter on 11-16-1916.

I can be reached at smow@nbnet.nb.ca
Hoping to hear from someone, Thanks, Sherri

Attended a Robinson reunion in Glassville, NB today. James Robinson married Margaret Mowbray19 May 1853. They lived in Benton then moved to Glassville, New Brunswick. According to my info Margaret had brothers Hugh & Thomas & sister Jane.

Thanks for the extra info. and date you mentioned in reply to my long ago posted message. I have located many Mowbray's since I posted this original request in 2000. I uncovered a branch of Mowbray that lived in the Benton area, and I believe this Margaret that you mentioned to be one daughter from that branch...there are many children of two different Mowbray's I have been trying to sort out.
One was as John L (Lester) Mowbray married to a Carrie and another was married to a Fanny Jane I believe. Have to dig my notes out again to make the connections for sure. Glassville is certainly not too far from where I am....Perth-Andover is my place of residence...namely what was always known as "lower Perth" but, now under the new civic address of Kilburn.
Any additional info would be greatly appreciated and I believe that these same Mowbrays can be tied together to my husband's ancestor branch from the 1800's.
