My grand uncle is believed to have died in Essex County, Ontario, on Nov 23,1944. According to Canadian Naturalization (1932-1951) records ... this is what I know:

Occupation: Labourer
Residence: Harrow, Ont.
Number and Series: 181275 A.

A brief note in the Birth Register of his village church in Hungary (now part of Romania) merely says the date of death and the words "in Canada". It would seem logical for him to still be in Essex County a mere 4 years after obtaining citizenship.
