I use familysearch.org a lot but I have never ordered a microfilm or a copy of a record...partly because I have not been able to find good instructions on how to do either. So, how do I know if I can order a copy of a record? I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can't do this for all records. How much would that cost? And how do I order a microfilm? Are there restrictions on what microfilms can be ordered?

I am interested in a couple different records. If possible I'd like to get copies of some Norwegian records that they have posted online. I'd also like to borrow the microfilm of some Caddo Parish, Louisiana records (which do not appear online but do appear in the Family History Library Catalog.
