Difficult to read, especially on the right side, but it appears there are three documents here:
1) a certification that the Trinity Baptist Church authorized three trustees to purchase land on the church's behalf from the railway company
2) the deed for the sale of the land from the railway company and its mortgage company to the trustees of the church (now called Friendship), which describes the parcel
3) an affidavit from an executive of the railway company confirming that the company sold the land to the church
This is pretty standard for deeds, complicated slightly by the fact the sale was between two organizations rather than people. Hence the additional affidavits.
