Researcher's Guide to American Genealogy: 2013 version vs. 2000 version?

What's the difference between the Researcher's Guide to American Genealogy version published in 2013 and the one published in 2000? (Please don't respond "The date." :) )

Is the 2013 version simply the 2000 one as a paperback?

I've looked around at various online booksellers and worldcat.org, but can't really tell if the 2013 one has different text or is just a different format...Thanks!

The online sources of indexes, records, censuses, scanned certificates, U.S. states with web pages and free access to thier older scanned documents is vastly greater in 2013 than in 2000. There are more genealogy subscription sites, historical newspaper sites, as well as free sites. Local libraries have online content. So I would imagine there is greater sources mentioned and how to to use those sources explained in the 2013 version.
