after loosing paper everywhere, and finding out I have written the same thing many times, I have been thinking of starting a business from home where I would bind in a book different charts with lines for notes on the back and context at the front and index at the back, pedigree charts, family charts what ever else I find is in need, I was wondering if anyone knows if there are some like this out there, or if people would be interested to have these kinds of workbooks?

There are many samples of free forms on the internet...you may want to do a "Google" search (such as "genealogy materials??) and see what is already out there.
IF I were looking for a ready-made product, think I would opt for a loose-leaf as choice of book...something one could add to...
Just my thoughts.

Different people may need different charts, and some people are quite particular about the kind of chart they use (4-generation ancestral chart vs. 5-generation, etc.)
I just print out the free charts I need, then punch them and put them in a loose leaf notebook. You might want to check out some genealogical conferences in your area. If vendors are selling items at these conferences, do they already offer similar products?

"The Unpluzzing Your Past Workbook: Essential forms and letters for all genealogists" by Emily Anne Croom is a wonderful book to use. Besides the tear out sheets, she shows you how to use them by filling in her family history. She provides numerous copies of each form, which include all census schedules by year, family group sheets, marriage index, and she includes samples of letters for writing to repositories. There is enough margin on the right-side that I used a 3-hole-punch to put them in a notebook.
For Family Group Sheets, I put together two different ones that I found on the internet. I liked the top of one form and the bottom of the next, so I cut and pasted them together and made photocopies to have plenty on hand. Besides the forms, the research help is very useful. Her forms also give you ideas for questions to ask and organizing, like the biographical work sheets. These work sheets are invaluable to fill in the details in an ancestor's life and point you in the right direction for research.
