However, I do know that you can get a line on this information by going to Findlaw.com and also try lawcrawler.com. There are some message boards that you can post to and possibly someone will do a random act of kindness for you if you can't find what you are looking for. You might want to address your request to a Paralegal. If you have lots of minutes on your cell phone call a library or law library in largest town in the state you are targeting. I have some experience in legal research but don't live in the south. But if it is on line I may be able to locate something for you.
