This person is calling my mother-in-law saying she may be a bunch of money coming to her.

They want her to sign some paper work and promise to give them 1/3 of the money.

They claim she is related to a prominent man from Latvia who died in England and left some unclaimed money and that she may have a 1/2 sister.

In my research into her family I have found no such evidence.

This sounds like a scam to me.

Has anyone heard of this person/organization?

Is there a way I can validate if they are legit?
