No, they are not apart of ancestry. This idea may creep up since one bad apple ruins the basket. I have NEVER had a problem with ancestry and have been with them since 2006 or earlier.

Follow the complaint areas that were suggested by Peter Whitehead, especially the UTAH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

my bank Westpac says they would re-imburse me after five days of me putting in a complaint to the company and giving them proof I have done that.

Continue to dispute any charges through your credit card company as well. Inform your credit card company you have not authorized these charges and you will not pay any future charges. Sorry, I did have a phone number for them but I believe it was deleted with my March 7th post. Sorry I didn't keep it.

If anyone is still interested, their mailing address is below:

OneGreatFamily is now being advertised by Archives.com, part of the ancestry.com family of companies. I received this email this morning:

I called ancestry.com to alert ancestry and I was told to call archives as well. Be sure to call them, 888-896-4442 and advise archives to review their affiliation with OGF with the Better Business Bureau of Utah, as well as read the complaints on this message board.

Thanks everyone. Appreciate the new info. I called Archives.com today and they were very receptive. Please tell them when you call that, in our opinion, OGF are thieves and scoundrels. I also told them the general public associates criminals with criminals and they should have a better self image of themselves and Ancestry. Request they read this thread on the message board and then check with the Utah BBB. Merry Christmas everyone.

Having the same problem. Have
tried to call and e-mail, left messages and no answer. Is this connected to Ancestory.com?

No, OGF is not, as far as I know, part of Ancestry.com.

I would suggest that you start with the Utah Better Business Bureau with a complaint. The UBBB entity has resolved several complaints made against OGF. If you read the previous postings you will find several other remedies that have worked for others with the same problems you have.
