I am new to genealogy search and have been looking for the best online website. I have researched both complaintsboard.com and pissedconsumer.com and I have not found a genealogy website, including ancestry.com, without numerous complaints. I was wanting to join ancestry.com and mylife.com so I would appreciate some honest replies from people who have been or are currently members of these two online services. The complaints say it is almost impossible to stop the service and they get charged on their credit cards from companies they have never heard of much less purchased their products. They claim their info, including financial, are being sold by the genealogy sites. My email is joe1943@ymail.com
