I have subscribed to ancestry.com for years. Every year I get a reminder e-mail. I think it says if I want to continue, do nothing; if I wish to cancel, it tells me how to do that. I really like ancestry.com. Of course I wish that the new information they are continuously adding would ALWAYS relate to MY family (but that is selfish and unrealistic). Also, they have been responsive when I found a mis-spelling in, say, the US Census records, regarding my family.
