I'm still waiting for certificates ordered from Vital Certificates in the UK more than 3 months ago. After numerous emails (including an apology from their managing director) - NOTHING appears to be happening.

So if it is VITAL that you actually receive the certificates you order - perhaps Vital Certificates isn't for you.
