I have used Sampubco twice in the past and received both wills without any problem. I did make sure I followed his instructions to the letter.

BUYER bEWARE....Sent check off for copy of will on 08/10/10. Received copy of cancelled check today but have yet to receive the copy of the will. Sampubco did stamp the cancelled check with light and faded item. Seems its ok to cash the check and not send the copy of the will. I had a rare chance to see the original will at the town clerks office, three weeks after I requested the copy from Sampubco and am aware that it is light and faded. Still does not excuse Sampubco from not mailing this light and faded copy. Wouldn't it be best if Sampubco updated their list and got rid of the light and faded items? I know it would be more honest....

Have you contacted SAMPUBDO about this? There is an Email addie on the site. Though I do agree if it can't be sent why is it listed.

Sampubco fianlly sent a copy of the will I requested. I received it three days ago. Quite a bit of time had passed and I never thought I would see it. The copy is not bad for being quite faded, as I have seen the original.

This guy seems honest enough and I believe has good intentions of fulfilling requests. He is probably just very busy, hence all those specific instructions on his website.

I've ordered several things from him and always gotten them. If I ever need anything else I won't hesitate to order from him.

No, I don't think so. I ordered a will in September and received it yesterday, Dec.20. I was quite sure I'd been scammed, but they're just sloooow.

I did eventually get my documents and they were very helpful. It took 3 months to get them however.

It took two months (March to May), but I received exactly what I had ordered. I think orders are filled, eventually.

It's been quite a while since I've ordered from him, but I did always receive my orders. And one time there was a page missing from a will; when I reported that, he sent the missing page promptly.
