DO NOT JOIN THIS SERVICE!
They advertise that the best savings is to join for a year. I did so thinking that they would have at least one paper that I needed to research - WRONG! So, I rang them to get a cancellation and to my great surprise - THEY WILL NOT REFUND ANY OF THE YEARS SUBSCRIPTION - $71.88. Yes, I know I should have taken 20 minutes and read the terms and conditions - Buddy I will next time. This is a very expensive mistake and I want fellow ancestrysearchers to BE AWARE OF NEWSPAPERSARCHIVE.

Well I'm quite happy with the subscription that I got from them. However, I will say that when I first joined I only got the local paper, the one I used the most, and didn't know for a few dollars more I could have had access to a much broader section of newspapers.

So Bryan what did you actually get for your money? How far back were you able to research? I am at a standstill at present with ancestry and need to find other tools.

Thank you! I am not an expert either. Since this posting, I have learned more about my ggf - at least about his death.
The difficulty in finding the maternal side of my family is that the BARKER story (owning steamships on the river and being robbed and killed) is difficult to find. I am now searching our state archives. It is a slow process and I get distracted when seeing other potential family names.
Your assistance is welcomed. Please contact me: clydellmorgan@rocketmail.com
thanks!
