No surprise this company has an "F" rating with the Utah BBB (
http://www.bbb.org/utah/business-reviews/genealogy-services/...). Not only do they make it nearly impossible to cancel, they have written into their terms that they can change things at any time, without notifying their customers. How many of you have noticed the fee increase from $59.95 to $79.95? By the time you do, it will be too late. You see, they claim you signed your rights away with their "Continuous Service Agreement." They can do anything they want, at anytime, and the onus is on their customer's to figure it out. Of course, the only time you find out about the change is when it hits your bank account- and since they don't issue refunds for any reason- you are basically screwed. There is legal precedent (Douglas Vs. Talk America) that makes this illegal; but OGF will not respond to that allegation. Anyone up for a Class Action Suit?
