I have a copy of "A Chipman Genealogy" published 1970 by John Hale Chipman III for sale. The book is in VG+ condition. This book is extremely rare. Only 500 copies were printed.

There are no marks of any kind on any pages, which are in excellent condition, with some bumping of some pages on the bottom. It has only about 6 or so "foxing" marks on the top edge. There's some tanning on the tops of the pages, but not on the actual pages themselves. There's no mold on the book. I could only spot two very minor tears, 1 on the title page and 1 on the Coat of Arms page, but they aren't noticeable. The binding is only slightly loose, with some fraying at the top and bottom of the spine. This copy doesn't need a new binding; a bookbinder could make these small repairs.

I'm being very thorough in the description of this item. I think a buyer will be quite happy with this copy. Repairs would be inexpensive, though not necessary.
