I have been given a picture of a little girl taken in Peoria, Illinois. I don't know who she is. She is not listed in my Bauer/Webb genealogy. It was by the Mathis' Gallery located at 1103 S. Adams St. Peoria, IL.
On back is written to "Amos Webb, Miss Anna Bowers/Bauer 14 months old. 915 West Jeffersson St. Peoria, Ill". It is a postcard size card with a 2 3/4 X 3 3/4 picture attached in the center border with the gallery name printed below.

It was sent to Amos WEBB in Brown Co, OH. The only connection I know of the Bower/Bauer and Webb family would be thru the Children of Daniel Bower of Brown Co, OH William b.1872 and James Edward Bauer b.1867, both born in Illinois . I am guessing it is one of their children or maybe another child of Daniel.

Maybe this would be a treasure for someone.
