While on a trip to a flea market,I picked up a charming painting of what appears to be a husband and wife, presented in two ovals within the same frame. On the back are names and dates: Sally Vaughan Hansborough, Jr., 1767-1857; William Hansborough, Jr., 1755-1816, m. Nov. 5, 1786. Below is this note: Reframed (by) Donald Woolf, Oct. 16, 1966. I'd be pleased to return this item to the descendants of these two persons.
