I have purchased a letter from a local antique store dated 21 Oct 1918 from Pvt. C.(Claude) O. SAMS HQ Co. 2nd Brigade F. R., Am E. F. France A.P.O. 710. It is addressed to: Miss Ruth SQUIRES 618 Baker St. San Francisco California. It is nine (9) pages long, handwritten by a soldier with the American Expeditionary Force in France during World War I. I would very much like to find someone in one of the two families who would like to have this very interesting letter.
