Bought a precious memory, a marriage certificate, in an antique shop years ago and didn't have the internet to let anyone know I was keeping it for them. Would like to send it to the descendants of LEONARD JAMES of Dayton, OH. and HELEN E. TRESSLER of Franklin, OH. who were married in Franklin, OH. on June 30, 1934. They were married by WILLIS S. WEBB, Minister and the witnesses were ADA MAE SIMONTON and ROBERT TRESSLER. The marriage certificate is in a navy blue leather booklet with "Our Marriage Record" in gold on the front cover. Somebody in the family surely would like to have this keepsake?

Hello,
I know you posted this a long time ago but my uncle just asked me to do research on his family and so I am just now finding your post. The marriage certificate you found or purchased is my Uncle Bob's parents wedding certificate. Of course Leonard James and Helen Tressler are deceased now and my uncle is in his 80's.
My Uncle Bob is Robert James, 5083 Wild Olive Way, Tallahassee, FL 32305-9703.
I'm curious to see if you still have it. You can contact me or send it to him. Thanks
