Same person, two census’, can’t understand either of the occupations listed

Surnames: Askew
I cant understand what is listed as George Askew's (rural Gloucestershire) occupation in 1841 or 1851.

The 1841 occupation looks like it begins with a D, but I have no idea what it says after that.

And the 1851 occupation could be Agricultural Labourer, Ag Lab, but it just doesnt look like Ag, it looks more like it ends in an e.

Any ideas?
