Surnames: William Campton
Can anyone help me decipher the attached document, top one William Campton.
I think death was 6th Feb 1864 but not sure of the rest.

Thank you Steve....more than I managed. Its been a great help.
After a bit of googling I worked out place of death as Barnhill Poor House, Springburn Lanark.
Still trying to find mothers name and witnesses
