One day I will find out the truth :-) I did manage to get pictures of what may be my biological great grandfather..and he looks a lot like my grandmother so, that's a step in the right direction. As for the military hospital...I doubt her birth cert. (long-form) will show anything but I am waiting until they are open to the public. Her birth reg. was delayed in 1915. Her birth card says she was born 14 AUG 1914 yet...her baptismal says born 14 AUG 1915 and bap. 29 AUG 1915.
