I saw this burial record a while back and have sent a request for the record, although I'm not certain it is the same Mathias Beamer in my family. The Ohio one married Margaret (mine's wife was Maria) and had children with very different names from my great grandfather and his siblings.

The connection between Mathias and William Dennis is father and son (William Dennis was my great grandfather and Mary Elizabeth Weston was my great grandmother).

Samuel Beamer is a likely suspect for Mathias' father, but I'm at a loss as to proving it. That would definitely put me back on track! Mathias would have been the eldest (according to the 1850 census, where Samuel and family were in Taylor, Centre, Pennsylvania) I think I'll research Samuel a bit more to see if there were any other children... maybe a John or three just to keep my head spinning!
