I have come across a couple of mentions of Langdon, ND in my quest to find famioly members:
Wm V Davis b. abt 1847 NY m. Lavina b. IL
Eva and Walter are two of seven children who did not live very long; two others also died before the 1900 census
Ted or Tedie, Cushman Kellogg b. Aug 11 1883 and Florence A b. abt 1888 all in Polk County, MN. I found Cushman living in NY after he got out of the navy during WWI; Florence married my uncle Albert menton and died in 1918; Ted and their father Wm V. have become invisible to me!!

I have post cards that someone sent to Florence from Langdon; in 1910 Ted is a boarder in Langdon. Do any of these names strike a familiar chord?
