I also found where Walter was a crew member on the Black Osprey traveling from New York to Antwerp, Belgium during the first half of 1938. Unfortunatly, the Black Osprey was sunk by a U-boat in 1941. I could not locate a crew list for the Black Osprey to see if he was still a crew member in 1941 and died at sea.
