The tree with Herman Jacob Miller's wife has:
May Harriet Axelrod Birth 5 Jan 1907 in New York, United States Death 17 Jun 1995 in Los Angeles, Los Angeles, California, United States
It has his son as:
Lawrence Miller Birth 24 Oct 1932 Death 8 Nov 2008 in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, California, United States
I tried to look online for their obituaries, but could not find any.
You may want to check the Los Angeles Times for them.
The death date of 1962 for Herman Jacob Miller may just be an estimate, since it is only a year with no location.
Yes, to contact tree owners directly you would need a subscription. Otherwise, I could try contacting them to tell them to look at this post...? They can contact you directly, just not vice versa.

Re: the Miller board, I was referring the best board at which to post. This "Alias, AKA" board is to discuss variations of surnames, which doesn't really fit what you're researching.
Also, at the Miller board (or any board) you can search for specific names, authors, etc. See Advanced Search.

To:eGENEee Yes, you may contact the owners of the trees for Elias and Ethelke Miller and have them contact me online. Here is the information that you can give them: Hello, Miller Cousins ! I am Patricia Loeffler. My childhood nickname was "Patsy" but I no longer go by this name. My parents were Marie Lavinger and Alex Loeffler My maternal grandparents were Morris Lavinger (brother of Ethel and Gizela) and Sarah (Neuwohner) Lavinger. Morris and Sarah also had 3 other children: Arthur LaVinger (an artist), who was married to Stephanie Paul Lowinger (never changed original spelling of last name). His wife was Bella Goldberg. Alice Lavinger, who married and divorced Sidney Goodman. They are now all deceased. I am searching for living relatives, or anyone who knows anything about Morris and Ethel's parents. I have some info about my grandmother Sarah's family, and am trying to learn more. Sarah Lavinger lived with my parents and me, until her death in 1964, and she spoke a lot over the years about her life in Hungary. Perhaps we can share information.
