Terms in a tree

I'm reading a family tree that was drafted in the England in the mid-1800s and have come across some terms and abbreviations I don't understand.

One of the records says "William, œt. 5 bapt. 1615" I get that he was baptised in 1615, but not sure what the "œt" refers to.

Another record refers to "...sole heir of Humphrey Langston of com. Bucks". I understand that Humphrey was from Buckinghamshire, but not sure what the "of com." means.

Anyone familiar with how to interpret this? I'd be grateful for any help!

These are Latin abbreviations. "æt." (with an a, not an o) is short for "aetate", meaning "aged". For all the siblings in this group, the chart shows their age in 1620, although I'm not sure the significance of that date.

"com." is short for "comium", meaning "county".
