Here are the issues of BAPTIST HISTORY AND HERITAGE that you will be most interested in perusing:
July 1996 (Vol. 31, no. 3): "Southern Baptists and Worship."
[especially the article by James E. Carter on "What is the Southern Baptist Heritage of Worship?"]
July 1986 (Vol. 21, no. 3): "Baptist Church Music Heritage."
January 1984 (vol. 19, no. 1): "Church Music in Baptist History."
As I said before, you will find most discussions on Baptist worship tend to center around music. While Baptism and the Lord's Supper are items of worship, they are usually discussed as points of theology and not in their role in worship.
