Alice Rogoff Novikoff, of Provo, passed away June 14, 2015 in Pleasant Grove at the age of 87.
She was born in a Russian settlement in Guadalupe B.C. Mexico on September 28, 1927, to John David Rogoff and Pauline Bibayoff Rogoff.
As a child, she grew up in Kerman, California. After he father passed away her mother married William Podsakoff. In time she became an older sister to Catherine, Pauline, and Bill. She graduated from Kerman High School. After school she moved to Los Angeles, California to begin her next adventure. She later met and married John F. Novikoff in Las Vegas, Nevada on April 5, 1947. John passed away in 2010. We teased her because she married the same man three times. Once in Las Vegas, Nevada, next in a Russian church and finally sealed for eternity in the LDS Provo Temple on August 10, 1989.
She is the mother of Steven (Roxane) Novikoff, Laura Novikoff (passed away as an infant) and Debra (JIm) Cunningham. She is a grandmother to nine and has many great grandchildren who will treasure their memories of her.
She has lived in Mexico, Southern California, Montana, Northern California, and finally in Utah where she loved the people wherever she went. She would share her stories and her vegetable garden. She would always cook or bake too much so she would give it away to family and neighbors. She will be remembered....
