Esther P. Whitlatch

Funeral services for Esther P. Whitlatch, 42, will be held tomorrow (Friday) at 1 p.m. in Chapel of the Pines to be conducted by the Rev. Richard E. Eggert. Cremation will be private at East Lawn in Sacramento.

Mrs. Whitlatch, a native of Delano, died July 1 in a Placerville hospital following lengthy illness. A homemaker, she had lived in Georgetown seven years and one year in Placerville.

She was the wife of James J. Whitlatch of Placerville and the sister of Jack Prohoroff and David Prohoroff, both of Fountain Valley; Elaine Glasby of Sacramento, Mary Gilbreth of Paducah, Tex., and Tania Saracoff of Los Angeles.

The family requests remembrances be sent to the American Cancer society, via Chapel of the Pines.

Esther's mother was a VALOFF. The CA Birth Index shows the following children: David, Elaine, Esther and Mary. I did not find John or Tania.
