I am researching the family of Reverend
Llewellyn Evans of
Kemps Creek. I am looking for descendants of
Llewellyn Evans as I am doing a case study on the parentage of this gentleman. He married Mary
Harris of Harrisburgh
GA in June of 1804. His first deed was in
Wilkes County bought from the
Stovall family in 1802. Later deeds and census records place him in
Lincoln County until his death in 1842. He was a local preacher of the Methodist faith and a planter and had the following children by Mary Harris:
