I have an early photograph entitled "Texas Conference of the Evangelical Association". J. J. Esher died in 1901 so this photo had to have been taken prior to that. The following 15 gentlemen are seated in this photo:

Michelle; I am very interested in getting a copy of the photo of the 15 church gentlemen that you mentioned on your jun 25, 2005 posting on Ancestry . com.

No. 3 may be my great grandfather Levi Schaefle (1853-1910+) who was living in Henrietta, TX about 1895-1900+ as a minister.

I do not know what church he was ministering so that information would also help. Is it of the Methodist or Lutheran faiths?
